NICU: The NICU Benefits the premature babies, the parents of the babies, and the hsopital staff by providing necessary, life-saving services. Then discuss all the benefits to the babies, to the parents, and to the hospital staff. For the opposing viewpoint, include hardships of the NICU -- even though the NICU gives life-saving services, not every baby can be saved (or something along those lines).
