Final Course Project:

 

 

 

A) Complete a comprehensive and integrated final project in response to this question: What is the importance of a selected/adopted curriculum? Evaluate the usefulness and relevance to students, teachers, and society. You must consider and include discussion on guiding philosophies, curriculum workers involved, the curriculum design principles applied, effectiveness, and implementation issues such as teaching, learning, and assessment outcomes. Examples of selected/adopted curricular are k-12 textbooks, Advanced Placement (AP) course, International Baccalaureate (IB), Next Generation Science Standards, Common Core Standards in ELA, Math, etc.

 

 For this option, the goal is, ground your discussion with examples, implementation, practice realities.

 

 

 

 

1=Synthesize and integrate at least six curriculum development concepts learned from the class, texts, and other resources.

 

2=Use at least 4 reference sources. Include citations in the body of your work (in-text or on slides). Provide a references list at the end. Only references cited in the body of the paper should be listed.
