New Insurance Policies

9. Can you give us a copy of the new insurance policies? Did you only purchase them for one 
year this time? 
Yes, the discount was not worth paying the cash up front for those any more, so we are 
just doing one year at a time now. It also allows us more flexibility in shopping around for 
the best rates as the business grows. 
10. What was included in the charges to repairs and maintenance? It seems like a lot and we 
may be able to capitalize some or all of those costs. 
Those costs were for truck repairs that consisted of the following: 
2/12/X3 - Installed special tooling on each truck $32,000 
Various dates - Tires, tune-ups, and other repairs 4,000
