Negotiation

Write a 2 page description of experiences you had where you negotiated with a) a co-worker and b) your boss or an individual who is senior to you in your organization or c) you had to negotiate with your significant other or your kids. For each negotiation, describe which negotiating style you used, why you selected that style, and whether or not the outcome had a ‘win-win’ situation.
