continuing sharpening our critical-thinking skills and enhancing our articulation of what-works-and-what-doesn't critique of a How the Voice Works/Definition-Description document - how well does the attached document do the following:

-Understands its audience?

-Lets its reader know, from the get-go, what it's purpose is?

-Are there any "I"/"me" statements that might draw too much attention to a "personal take" on the issue, instead of telling the reader what they need to know, without personal "asides"?

-How successful is the document?

-What could be improved - and why?

-What works - and why?
