In this module, you had an opportunity to explore the topics of cyber crime and computer forensics. In the following modules, you will explore these topics in more detail.

In this assignment, you will explain your understanding of cyber crime and computer forensics and also discuss some recent events from the news.

Tasks:

• Explain cyber crime and computer forensics.
• Research at least one news article that discusses a recent cyber crime by using the Internet or a news source.
• Provide a brief summary and link to the article.
• Include your perspective on how this crime occurred and what could have been done to prevent it.
• Support your statements with appropriate examples and scholarly references.
