Opportunities for improvement: Please be more substantial in your introduction. Your post is a little brief. You want to open with a clear and strong thesis statement that provides the reader with a clear understanding of your argument and position on the topic.   Take your time to introduce the research topic. Watch for grammatical errors. You have many run-on sentences. Proofreading will help eliminate these types of errors.

For the next 3 weeks, you will continue to work on your essay. Over the past 2 weeks, you began your writing process by choosing a topic, working on a thesis statement, and creating an introduction. This week, you will write the first draft of your essay. This Individual Project will take you through the process of writing your first draft of your essay, which will be revised for your Unit 5 Individual Project.

• Use your narrowed topic from Units 1 and 2 based on the list below: 

   Leadership in a global world

• Based on the feedback you received on the Discussion Board from Unit 2, revise your thesis statement and introduction for this assignment. Then, follow the template below to write the remainder of your first draft.

• Review these guidelines to help you construct your essay in a Word document. The first draft of your essay should including the following (see the guidelines for more detail):

    Today organizations more than ever need to ensure that they are implementing strategies for business growth which is are led by a sensible leadership plan, which can lead to a pipeline of talent if and when needed. The global world is now in need of great leader more than ever, Organizations are in need of a very diverse group of men as well as women that are able to work throughout boundaries that will ensure leadership in a global world.
