The most effective performance evaluation systems are those that focus on identifying, measuring, and improving upon employee performance. In a two- to three-page paper (not including the title and reference pages) you must:
- Explain the intent of performance evaluations within an organization.
- Describe the general process an organization should follow in developing/utilizing its performance evaluation tool.
- Describe the traits/characteristics of an effective performance management/appraisal process.
Your paper must use at least two scholarly sources, in addition to the course textbook, and be formatted according to APA style guidelines as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
