Need someone to do a training and development paper

I someone to do a 6 page paper on a company that you are familiar with.  The six pages do not include the cover sheet and the references.  You can do a 5 1/2 pages, a cover sheet and a reference page.  THe paper must be double spaced, New Times Romans ( 12 fonts), APA style, I have attached a copy of the syllubas and the Rubrics. Please follow the direction according to the instructions and the rubrics.  If the items in the rubrics is how I get my grade on each topic.   

There is not topic in the drop box to describe the field of study so I'm going to post the paper under human resource and management, but it is a training and development paper.
