Complete the Week Two learning activity on Active Listening Skills.
Then, based on your reading of Chapter 5 and the results of your Active Listening Skills Activity, write a two-to three- page paper that explains the following information:
a.Define and describe Active Listening.
b.Describe how it is used in the therapeutic setting.
c.Provide examples of how you personally use active listening in your work situations.
d.Discuss the results of your personal active listening inventory, identifying you strengths and areas for improvement.
e.Discuss at least two or more personal communication changes you will make to improve your active listening skills.
Your assignment:
1.Must be two- to three- pages in length (not including title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
2.Must include a cover page with: a.Name of paper

3.Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis.
4.Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.
