write a 6 page rough draft  paper based on the attached paper.  Think about the insights you’ve gained from the class readings and discussions as well as your own experiences in team design and project execution. You should also begin thinking about t team creation, organization, and leadership functions needed to achieve successful projection completion, and thoughts about your participation and contribution to the team process as a leader, manager, or follower.

The rough draft must do the following things:
