Need HR Tutor to help me with a report

i work in a bank, in the learning and development team (HR). My job is to find trainee people who are fresh graduated. i recieved the CV'S then i schedualed with them online exams after that who passed the exams i scheduale with them an interview. then, aftre the interview each department choose who are suitable for them. 

the other part of the report: 

i have routation inside the HR department in all sections : 

1- recruitment (in source and out source)

2- performance

3- devolopment 

4- relationship management 

5- pay roll 

6- operation 

i stayed in each section for a while just to look at their work and know the process of the work. 

in this report i want you to explain what is my role. so ( i worked on .....) and ( i learned ...)
