Need help revising and rewriting this Econ Research essay for $5

I had two econ writers that wrote this essay but they did not understand APA format in regards to citing and referencing the source.  There were some words plagerized directly from the web found highlighted in blue which needs to be paraphased and referenced correctly using APA format.  I received an F for this assignment which is my final exam so I am not happy!  I now in need of an academic writer and econ major that dont mind lending a hand to someone poor and in much need of help.  I  need this essay to be revised and work on what has already been written, turning it into an A well written paper, APA format with no grammar issues.  I have attached the essay and three main articles that will weigh heavily on this assignment highlighted in red under references.  All references also needs to be formatted correctly according to APA format also I need someone to help me format and placed a running head correctly for me throughout the essay.
