Need help on a history essay about machiavelli and castiglione

This is the essay prompt: This essay is on the readings on Castiglione and Machiavelli

Imagine you are at a job interview and asked what books you have read recently. Would you claim that you have read Machiavelli or Castiglione (you have to choose one). Then show how the work you have chosen might show how you are prepared to adapt to the corporate culture of your prospective employer.  Also discuss briefly (one or two paragraphs) why you felt the other work was less adaptable to corporate culture.
