In reviewing the two definitions of Urban Revitalization and Gentrification, do you think that Urban Renewal and Gentrification are interchangeable concepts? Meaning, do you think they are essentially the same thing? Why/Why not?

In your own words, what do you think it means that communities that have gone through an urban renewal, experience a culture change? examples? How might this negatively/positively impact residence?
