(3g) In this second component of your course project, you will consider your selected integrative case in light of another set of HR management topics and concerns.

Before you begin this section’s graded activity, review your selected integrative case (Southwest Airlines or Lincoln Electric) as described at the end of your textbook. Refer to your selected integrative case as you complete the following:

Write a one-page response to “Projects to Extend Your Learning” Questions 1.a -1.c. on page 143. Note: This question applies only to the Southwest case. If you are writing about Lincoln Electric, devise a change that could happen for the company in six months’ time that is similar to the change faced by Southwest, and answer Questions 1.a.-1.c. accordingly.

• Write a one-page response to “Projects to Extend Your Learning” Questions 1.a and 1.b. on page 181.
• Write a one-page response to “Projects to Extend Your Learning” Questions 1.a -1.d. on page 221.
• Remember to only answer each question in relation to the specific integrative case you have selected.
