Need this done by tonight

Hello, 

I have a two page paper due and need it done by tonight. it is about my leadership experience.

Here is the prompt:

Students will reflect on their role as a leader in contributing to a cohesive and effective group. Students should consider their experiences with their peer groups, class discussions, and readings to date to discuss how they as a peer leader will support healthy and productive organizations on campus. Below are prompts designed to help with your reflection. Do not write the essay as if you were responding solely to the prompts below; rather, use the questions to inspire your thinking on the topic.

• As a peer leader, how do you apply what you have learned about leadership to those around you?
• How can you create purpose and motivate your peers in your organization?
• How will you help your group manage organizational change?
• What is the importance of role-modeling in creating an effective group? (think about time management, ethical leadership, professionalism, etc.)

You should incorporate your personal experiences, in-class discussions, Motivating the Middle, “Understanding the Why”, and other materials from class or outside sources as materials for synthesis.

All I need is a start to get the page done.
