Need to design Car rim cleaner in Autocad 3D!!!!

 I need to design something to clean car rims. To get between the spokes. Instead of having to bend over to get to the car rim. A rod with some sort of fork at the end that can move into different positions. let me know what you think.

It can be made from plastic or metal, Something that mimics using two fingers to clear the rims to get in between the spokes.
 
It should be on autocad 3d 
 
Should include:
-Electrical circuit design for the motor and the power supply to rotate the brush because the user does not have to bend.
-Remember it's not just cleaning the surfice of the rim but also cleaning the spaces in between the rim.
