The topic on my papeI will be writing my essay on the cause and effect of the Global War on Terrorism. I am a Soldier in the United States Army. I want to do my research on the cause of the war, and the effects that it has now, not only in the United States, but around the world. It is my belief that the cause of the war was a result of political and economic tensions over the oil industry. This resulted in a war longer than any recent conflicts in the past 100 years and one that is as controversial, if not more so, than the Vietnam War. Through the involvement of the Koch, Bush, bin Laden family, a power struggle began to brew that resulted in thousands of deaths. The result was a terrorist attack, killing thousand, and call to arms for a war that thousands of Soldiers gave their lives for. Tens of thousands dead, families ruined, and billions of dollars spent, all for what? For a few families in the ultra-rich, to make a few more dollars off of oil production and refiningr is which is global war on terrorism.
