Need to complete an assigment generating a Report from spreadsheet using simple math formula

I need to some one with good math skills who is good at doing reports from spreadsheets to complete a simple assignment. I will provide the instructions in the link below as well has the information and sample of how the assignment should be completed. Someone with excel, accounting or good math skills and experience running reports is strongly preffered. This is basic math but knowledge of generating report and inputing data from spreadsheet is a MUST. I am will to pay very will for this assignment and it must be comppleted by Monday at 8am!
