Give examples relative to your school/community (Or use the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools) for three (3) of the seven (7) partnerships listed in the model. Do not use any of the same resources or services listed in "Culturally Responsive Skills."More importantly, explain how you would disseminate this information to the families in your classroom/school.
