Need answers by Sunday 17th

Need help answering these questions,

1- Define values management and articulate several reasons why values management is important in business operations.

2- If you choose to accommodate everyone, the entire business could go under. However if you choose to cut some in favor of the fiscal health of the company, you may save the jobs of some, at the detriment of others. It can be a very difficult decision. 

What do you all think? Is there a proper answer?

3- I always encourage my students to think about their own ethics in this class. Where is you definite line? 

It is better to makes sure that you know where that line is before you are faced with a dilemma than to be faced with an issue and have no idea how to handle it. It is too easy to make excuses in the moment. 

So as we look at these issues hypothetically, I challenge you to really do that gut check now. What would it take for you to walk away from a paying job?
