“After lunch, the two teams will watch a video on teamwork and a video on leadership and how they work together. These videos will also include specific scenarios for the teams to work on and problems to solve, with each team taking the lead on a specific point and the other team acting as the team. There will then be discussion on whether this was the right path to take to solve the problem and if not, how this can be corrected. This type of training allows the managers to have a deeper understanding of the key points that they learned up to this point. The last 30 minutes would be a final question and answer period for the instructors and maybe for the team members themselves.”
