Questions :

1) The food and beverage department employs the vast majority of the employees in a full-service hotel. This department is very labor-intensive because it is not possible to replace all human workers with technology. To what extent do you think technology can replace employees in the food and beverage department in the future? And in what aspects can technology replace human labor? List some examples you can think of.

2) What is the difference between safety and security? Explain the benefits of a card entry system over the hard key method traditionally employed.

3) Have you ever been involved in an emergency dealing with Safety/Security in a building?  Without names/places; what happened and how was it handled? What could have been done better?
