Necessary Training for Physicians

This week, you will use the assigned readings in Week 2 to describe the training that will be necessary for physicians and other healthcare providers as they shift from hospital-based care to community care.

Create a 2–3-page chart in Word format. Include the following:

• Recommend the necessary trainings for physicians and other healthcare providers as they shift from hospital-based care to community care.
• Describe the type of trainings, the trends they will address, and the settings in which they may be used.
• Explain how these trainings will benefit patients and improve physician performance.

Be sure that your chart has an introductory paragraph that summarizes the information contained within the chart and highlights the major trends in training based on the shift from hospital-based care to community care.

In addition, support your statements with scholarly references and appropriate examples.
