Communication and Race

In each module, we will have a diversity focus – exploration of a specific aspect of diversity and the special issues associated with that area focus. This module's diversity focus is race. 

 

In this discussion, you are to think about and construct a post on the following questions:

1. What do you think are the most important barriers that inhibit communication between people of different races?
2. How would you recommend overcoming those barriers?
3. When answering these questions, please share your specific experiences communicating across racial barriers.
