Norse Mythology Game Project
Think about the adventures of Frodo Baggins as he makes his quest from the Shire to find the ring. Imagine if this was a game, where Frodo had to make it from one place to the other...
You will create a game with a game piece (or piece choices) that has to get from one end of the board to the other. The piece/character will encounter helpers and obstacles (much like the Hero’s journey).
Remember how Candy Land lets you go forward spaces, but if you get a place card that’s at the beginning, you have to go backward as well? Those could be obstacles. Helpers might include an elf, dwarf, etc... or the character might encounter a fierce god or battle a Viking. The ideas are limitless! Have fun and be creative.
The descriptions for game board elements, game pieces, and game objective can be in list format with detailed descriptions.
The rule book and historical highlights should be in paragraph format, in MLA style.
