I need some help with a research project.  I have previous papers on this subject (See attachments).

Directions:

Topic: Compose a research paper on the legal and ethical issues concerning online learning. The paper needs to address/include legal and ethical issues from teachers perspective as well as a student’s perspective.

The paper needs to address the following topics listed below:
