4) Discuss the descriptive epidemiology of the disease including person, place, and time.

5) How did the epidemic affect the public? Was it highly pathogenic or virulent?

6) You can also provide a brief overview of the movie, in addition to answering the questions noted above (but the bulk of your paper should address points 1-5).

Administrative Requirements

1. The paper must be a minimum two (2) double spaced pages (but no more than five (5) pages in length), not including the title page and reference page(s). 2. The format of the paper and references must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines for reference and bibliographic citation. 3. Use Times New Roman Font in a 12-point font.

4. Use 1 inch for the top, bottom, left and right margins.

5. Use proper APA format as given to you in the attached example.
