Did you know that the FDA does not regulate the safety of cosmetics? Many cosmetic products that are utilized daily by people contain chemicals that can cause skin cancer and other skin conditions as well as affect other organs of the body. What are your thoughts on this? Should the FDA be responsible for regulating this? Why, or why not? If no, then who, if any designated group, should regulate the safety of cosmetic products?
