module 9 discussion

After reading the lecture notes in module 8 and doing research, post a two-paragraph comment per each of the following topics:    

1. What does effective teaching involve? Beyond what was discussed in the module 9 lecture notes, what else would you do in the classroom to be an effective teacher?
    
2. How does classroom management relate to effective teaching? Which strategies would you implement to effectively manage your classroom?
    
3. What does classroom management involve? What conditions lead to effective classroom management? How would you go about managing a classroom as a brand new teacher? Be sure to state your grade level and content area.
    
4. What are the teacher qualities that help with classroom management? Which do you possess and how would you continue to develop essential teacher qualities?
