For this assignment, design a functional value map that relates to the enterprise scenario you have developed for me already and also relates to the four business questions you addressed for me  You may want to start by designing a strategy map. Refer to the Functional Value Maps and Strategy Map for Manufacturing Business diagrams (linked at the bottom of the page) for details on how to build a strategy map and functional value map.

Your final delivery should include a functional value map based on the strategy map. Additionally, provide a written explanation of how strategic objectives are aligned to key value drivers, including priorities. The written component of the assignment should address the following:

1. What are the top drivers?
2. What initiatives address which drivers?

Explain and justify your answers.

Your diagram of the functional value map should be provided on the same document as the written component. You may use any application or format to deliver this image including (but not limited to) Word drawing tools, a PowerPoint slide pasted into Word, Smart graphics, or a hand drawing scanned into an image file and pasted in the document.

The written component of the assignment should be 1-2 pages in length with document formatting and any source citations per APA requirments
