Module 04 Course Project - Closing the Liability Door

Every business has its unique liability issues. Address the following in this part of your project:

1. Summarize the importance of understanding tort liabilities from an entrepreneur's perspective.
2. Choose five torts from your resources. Use each selected tort as a title so that your five selections are clearly separated. Under each tort title provide the following information:
   
   • Define the tort
   • How does this tort relate to your business (i.e., how does it occur)?
   • How does the commission of this tort impact your business?
   • As a business owner, what actions can you take to minimize the occurrence of this particular tort?

In your paper, follow standard mechanics in grammar, punctuation, and spelling and provide proper APA cited research: in text and references page.
