Your task for this module's project piece is to conduct research to determine what investors want to know about their investments on a daily basis and over time.

For this project piece:

  • Using Word, create the planning document for your Excel portfolio workbook that includes a list of at least 10 investments.
    • You may use news sources and analyses from the Internet or scholarly sources like the Online Library.

As you conduct research for your Excel project, keep in mind that, at a minimum, the following issues must be addressed:

  • What data about investments is important? 
  • What information would an investor need on a daily basis? 
  • How are investments analyzed for performance? 
  • How could this information be shown in a workbook?
