Starting your own business can be a scary and sometimes rather confusing undertaking. You gained an insight to the services that an attorney assists with when one starts the ownership process. Regardless of how big or small of a business, you now know the value of having an attorney assist you in the start-up process.

For this assignment, decide on a business that you want to open and answer the following questions with relevant research and APA citations:

1. Explain your chosen business.
   
   1. What is it? Why have you chosen it? Provide a 1-2 paragraph overview of the business?
2. Research attorneys in your jurisdiction that specialize in entrepreneur law. This may involve you calling the attorneys to gather information.
   
   1. Where did you gather information? Explain how you located your information; include any websites, literature, phone calls.
3. From your research compare and contrast 2 attorneys based on the following criteria:
   
   1. Expertise: Education, years of experience, number of cases handled, etc.
   2. Cost: How much would the attorney charge to assist you in starting your business? What would be the hourly charge? What is included in their fee?
   3. Services provided: What services will the attorney provide?
