Module 01 Diversity Management Project - Topic Selection and Purpose Statement

For your course project, you've been asked to identify a diversity issue within an organization that you've worked for, or an organization that you have researched or are familiar with.

This week for your project, you will need to summarize the problem or opportunity that you have identified. Make sure to include the following in your paper:

• Provide an overview of the organization that you are focusing on.
• Describe the problem facing the organization that's related to diversity.
• Discuss why this is a problem.
• Discuss the impact of this issue on the well-being of their employees.
• What are the potential ramifications if the organization doesn't correct this issue?
• Paper must be a minimum of 2 pages in length. Format according to APA guidelines and include an APA formatted title page.
