Review the Week 4 PPT Video on how to use the Total Tester software that came with your text via the CD.

First create your set of cheat sheets using 4 pieces of paper. You should be able to create the sheets in under 15 minutes.

Choose Chapters 1-8 by holding down the “shift” key and highlighting the first eight chapters.

Set Exam Questions to “200”. For time choose “240 minutes”. Click the “No Assistance” button on right side of screen. Click on the “Start Test” button.

Choose “Start Exam” button.

You will use your cheat sheet and chart to assist you with completing the midterm exam.

At the end of the exam you will do two things once the results are posted to your screen:

1. Take a screen capture of the results page and save the screen capture. You will send the screen capture to your instructor. (How to Screen Capture)

2. Submit your screen capture to the Dropbox.

Set aside about four to five hours to create your cheat sheet and chart and complete the exam.

Remember the midterm is also a practice exam on the first half of the PMP exam knowledge base.
