Chapters 7-10, Possible article topics include: Perfectly competitive markets and firms, monopolistic behavior of firms seen today, costs/benefits of monopoly power, managing natural monopolies, monopolistic competitive firms in the retail environment, the benefits and costs of advertising, collusive behavior of oligopoly, barriers to entry today, price gouging, waste, innovation, etc.
