One thing some organizations do  is create a mentoring network. Here is a link that I think everyone should take advantage of and that is the UOP Alumni Network. You can apply to become one or request one: https://alumni.phoenix.edu/get-involved/be-a-mentor.aspx

While some will do their best to go it on their own - which is admirable - it always helps to learn from someone who has already traveled the road, creates that networking connection, and allows you focus on other areas.

How does having a mentoring program within an organization sustain its efforts as a learning organization? Are mentoring programs a thing of the past?
