Although we might not be aware, we often use the influence tactics when you communicate with others, and we are doing so directly and indirectly. But there are some great benefits to using persuasion effectively, like becoming a more skillful communicator, resourceful researcher, critical thinker, and gain-increased confidence as a communicator.
