Organizational Culture

One of the keys parts of an effective organization that can be affect the structure and design of an organization is the organizational culture - the social fabric. William and Kinicki (2016) note four types of organizational culture (clan, adhocracy, hierarchy, market). What is the main culture type in your organization (or a previous organization)? How does it contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency (or not) of the organization's performance?
