You made some great points in your post. We all come from different backgrounds its all about becoming one. Although we are from different cultures its important how well we can all work together. As you mentioned, in a diversified organization, values and communication styles have a great impact on performance and collaboration. The more employees accept and embrace the organization's key values then the greater their commitment to those values becomes. In those companies that have successful organizational culture, it makes me wonder of their hiring practices for discovering fitting candidates. Your thoughts?
