In Week 1 (starting January 31st), we examined the evolution of management theories, discussed the role of management in organizations, and discussed the various management sytles.  This week we will examine the changing management evironment.  

For Week 2, our class discussion will be on vision and mission.  Discuss the difference between a vision and a mission and the role a manager plays in the development of both.

Special Note/Requirements:  Your participation this week is based on your substantial postings.  You are required to post on three separate days a total of eight postings.  All discussion postings must be posted by 5:59pm (mountain time) on February 6th in order to receive credit this week.
