In this week, you will create a rough draft outline for your management/leadership action plan.

At a minimum, the sections of your plan will include:

·         Personal Leadership Statement

·         Personal Leadership Review

·         Past review of previous leadership or management positions, mistakes made, lessons learned, etc.

·         Current review of leadership or management position

·         Future review of leadership – where do you want to be, how will you get there

·         Decision Making Skills

·         Emotional Intelligence – identifying your strengths and weaknesses

·         Putting it All Together

 Your outline will be submitted in rough draft format – overall length approximately 1 page, using APA formatting
