Using the two countries and companies explored in Weeks Two and Six, write a paper of approximately 1,350 words in which you:
- Extend the examination to describe how the merger will now be specifically implemented.
- Compare and contrast the communication norms within the countries and companies which will be merged.
- Recommend an appropriate organization approach— a multinational structure (national subsidiary or international divisions) or a global structure (functional, product, or geographic)
- Analyze the effects of the organization approach on company communications and recommend and support strategies for effectively addressing communication issues.
Use at least three sources, two of which must be scholarly sources (peer reviewed studies or journal articles) from the West library.
