Memo 550 words.

This double spaced memo should be no more (or around) 550 words. This will be graded on the content, as well as, the quality and clarity of the recommendatons. Format, grammar, spelling and punctuation should be "business-class." The memo should include the following:

1. What are the problems and challenges that you expect Netflix to face? Identify two or more solutions, which Netflix could or did adopt to tackle these problems.

2. What new business opportunities exist? What should be implemented?

3.Discuss whether of how Netflix can maintain its competitive advantage.

4.Use Porter's Competitive Five Forces model to analyze the market situation and discuss the pros and cons of the above solutions. In particular, explain how Netflix could use information technologies to counter their competitive forces and create strategic advantages.
