Imagine you have been asked to evaluate one of the organizations you chose for the first discussion of this unit. Several employees have filed complaints that the organization's practices and policies are not acceptable within the context of cultural sensitivity and diversity.

For this discussion, write a memo to the head of the organization in which you present a summary of why the current best practices no longer work. You must also provide a list of improved best practices for the organization that are acceptable within the context of cultural sensitivity and diversity.
