Meeting Agenda
To prepare a meeting agenda, you should start by thinking of the goal for a meeting for an organization you belong to or would like to belong to. (Humane Society) Then make notes as to what you will discuss to reach this goal. Once you identify this, you can create an agenda. The agenda should include:
- Meeting Place
- Meeting Time (beginning and end time)
- Meeting Goals - State what the goals for the meeting are so the attendees can keep this in mind throughout the meeting.
- Discussion Items - These would be the open-ended questions to help you achieve your goals.
- Information Items - Share any additional information the team may need (such as a follow up meeting, when the action items will be rolled out, etc.).
