Mechanical Engineering senior project help!

I have this senior project to design and document for this time, and need an expert help with this project. I have started the project and need someone to develop it or improve it and make it better, by adding a lot of points and making changes of course. attached the files and it's messing a lot, so i need someone to make a lot better and willing to pay as much as i could. it's not an easy project that's why i need someone expert and can do it.
