Write a program to receive 4 binary digits from user and your program using if-then-else statement will output the number in decimal.

 For example if user type in 0111 you output will be “0111 in binary is 7 in decimal”.

The goal of this exercise is to use if-then-else statement so please do not use a formula to convert.
